Join the Versa Network with our no-code Stripe integration

Our goal at Versa is to replace paper and email receipts with digital 'smart receipts', allowing businesses to put their expense management on auto-pilot.

Most people we talk with immediately see the upside: what business traveler likes pulling out their phone to photograph receipts, every time they buy a coffee? What finance manager likes nagging their employees to get their expenses in, so they can close the books and avoid an IRS audit? And what business owner doesn't want to find ways to make their largest enterprise customers happy?

But we also understand that all companies have limited engineering capacity. So in the cost / benefit calculation, we aim to lower the cost of deployment. We want to make it drop-dead simple for companies to join the Versa Network.

That's why today, for merchants who use Stripe, we're making it possible to join with one click, using the Versa Stripe App.

Here's how it works:

  1. Connect your Stripe account to Versa.
  2. From this point forward, the invoices you send via Stripe will automatically be posted to the Versa Network.
  3. When your customers who use a bank or expense management app also on the Versa Network complete a purchase, the IRS-compliant smart receipt will automatically show up in their connected account. Instantly, and for free.

Your customers will be happy because you'll save them hours tracking down receipts. And you'll be happy because your prospective customers will gravitate towards vendors that play nicely with their back office.

Of course for maximum control, merchants on Stripe can still join Versa manually (and you can always migrate to that option down the road). But our new Stripe app is a great way to get started.
